At the end of the 3rd year of UPBEAT, it was time to see what kind of impact we’ve really made.
Collaborating with independent researcher Patryk Galuszka we conducted an in-depth assessement to evaluate the project’s progress and impact on the Member festivals and supported artists. The aim of the study was to provide an objective overview of UPBEAT’s achievements, assessing outcomes across the short, medium, and long term. We find the learning to be useful for any showcase festival, emerging artists or music industry professional.
