Artist Mentoring Programme

We are proud to announce the launch of the brand-new Artist Mentoring Programme, a collaboration between UPBEAT and the European Music Managers Alliance – EMMA!

In the Programme we pair up music industry experts having solid mentoring experiences with emerging artists from the world music field. The pairs will work together for up to 10 months developing personalized, in-depth career plans that support the artists to scale up their careers.

Call for Artists

We are looking for emerging European talents who wish to grow their careers in the music industry.

The mentoring programme focuses on developing the skills of emerging world/global music. Selected artists will be paired with experienced music industry professional selected to match their specific needs.

Call for Mentors

We are looking for experienced European music managers passionate about helping the next generation of artists grow their careers in the music industry.

The mentoring programme focuses on developing the skills of emerging world/global music artists, therefore an interest in and experience with the genre is necessary.

Please note, that the Call for Mentors is open only for experts involved in the EMMA network.
