A to Jazz festival is setting out with an extended programme thanks to our platform. With Jazz as its main profile, it is only natural that the lineup flows over into fusion genres, such as world music: for the first time this year, a showcase stage supported by UPBEAT is added to the festival’s offer.
Held 06 – 09 July in Sofia’s emblematic South Park 2, A to Jazz takes a deep dive into the genre and related aspects ranging from professional workshops to jam sessions, in a varied programme offered over 4 days. The Showcase event, a brand new addition thanks to UPBEAT, dips into world music, presenting 8 acts selected from 162 applications.
Bands can profit from mentoring, expert feedback from international delegates, mingle with professionals or just relax at yoga sessions. A jazzy fest dominantly, A to Jazz enriched its artistic and professional scope as a member of the UPBEAT platform, coherent in its mission of offering quality music.
