We proudly announce that UPBEAT has won the Creative Europe Showcase Platform grant.
We are happy to share the news: UPBEAT has won the Creative Europe Showcase Platform grant in May with a lot of preparation prior. With this accomplishment, we are among the few European organizations coordinating platforms: but with partners like ours, we are quite confident in the success of UPBEAT.
Our dream is to unite the most prominent and the most promising new showcases and festivals of world music in Europe. UPBEAT aims to support emerging artists from all corners of Europe to hit the international festival stages – these showcases and festivals are the springboard of young talents’ careers. During its 3 years, UPBEAT will support at least 450 emerging artists and 400 delegates – our endgoal is a fresher and younger, future-oriented world music scene in Europe. Follow us on our journey!
